Finalised branding

After playing around with the developed designs and coming to the conclusion that the brighter colours worked best for my style and brand I decided to play around with adding florals as though they were in a wreath to help frame the text and also create a circular shape that could work on its owm. When thinking about my floral designs i went back to my inspiration board on Pinterest and really picked up on those warmer tones.

I also really wanted to pick up on those simplistic shapes that would speak for themselves. Therefore by layering the different greenery it didnt feel to detaail heavy and worked great for a logo.

Above shows the first with the original pink text. I really liked this and made sure to match it with some floral within the design. I feel it really worked and overall has this fun vibe that I would want my customers to feel. However, when looking at it i did feel it lacked some contrast and therfore made the text feel as though it looked rather weak compared to the illustrations.

Therefore, I decided to experiment with this off black colour which matched the centre of th epoppy style flowers. I felt this bolder colour wokred alot better creating a contrast and allowing the text to speak for itselfd whilst still working similuntaneously with the illustration surrounding it.

Overall I am reallyhappy with the finalised logo. I feel it captures my style perfectly and really allows the logo to speak for itself. Moving forward using this logo as a base I aim to create a range of illustrations which can be used on social media to match and introduce the new brand.
