After deciding on my self promotion piece I felt the best next step would be to think about the branding identity. When i think about weddings i think alot about calligraphy and pretty handwritten type. Below shows some experimentation using hnadwritten type experimenting with a range of brushes and size. Unfortunatly when playing around i didn't feel any of these looked quite right and feel they would need to be replaced fairly quickly. 

This logo below, is a slightly different style and instead used a downloaded type face. I really liked this font as feel it had a modern look with traditional elements and suited the current trend of wedding design. However, I wasn't too fond on illustration placement and didn't feel it looked proffesional enough. 

I persoanlly feel moving forward I should look at some inspiration branding and see how it could be applied to my own personal style.
