Building a CV-task 4
After looking for a range of jobs on indeed and seeing a few that I thought may be valuable to apply for, I felt the next step was to create a strong CV that could show my basic design skills and hopefully allow me to be succsesful within jobs I apply for.
When applying for a creative role, I feel it is important to create a CV that is aesthetically pleasing and shows my basic designs skills, whilst still feeling clear and not overwhelming. I felt a good place to begin this process was looking on canva for basic templates. This was a good choice as they had a range of creative CV templates but still allowed me to put my own twist and style.
Below shows my final creative CV. before this I had done some biref research looking into good things to include. It was mentioned a hand full of times that including a photo is a great idea, as it allows the employer to get more of an insight into who it is behing the CV giving a warm approach.
Below is a similar CV however, would be to apply for jobs with a less creative background and therefore removing some of the decroative elements and keeping it more simplistic and easily organised.
